How We Serve
Food

Our food assistance program addresses hunger and promotes health, providing nutritious meals and grocery packages to families experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, and food insecurity throughout the community. Through our "W.I.N. Over Hunger" initiative, we partner with local distributors to ensure that vulnerable households and individuals successfully transitioning back into the community have reliable access to essential, balanced food resources.
Clothing

Through our clothing resource initiative, we offer quality clothing and essential personal care items to families facing severe economic challenges and individuals transitioning out of homelessness or incarceration. This program helps our participants gain confidence, restore their dignity, and prepare for employment or housing placements by ensuring everyone can access critical wardrobe needs in a welcoming environment.
Mentorship

Our mentorship programs connect experienced volunteers with individuals seeking critical guidance in personal growth, professional development, and community reintegration. By fostering deep relationships built on trust and strategic support, we help low-income adults, youth, and citizens transitioning from incarceration build life skills, set actionable goals, secure stable employment, and achieve long-term economic mobility.
Housing & Resource Navigation

We provide vital resource coordination and housing navigation to assist families facing instability and individuals transitioning back into the community. Our team bridges the gap to long-term stability by helping clients secure emergency housing placements, obtain essential state identification, and connect with local employment networks. As our programmatic funding expands, W.I.N. is actively working to establish a dedicated Emergency Rental Assistance Fund to provide direct financial aid to prevent evictions and keep vulnerable households securely housed.
